AISHAL
SUPERIOR SPARKLING DRINK

The raw materials for this product are of the highest quality, with the appropriate characteristics to withstand de-alcoholisation. This process is carried out using the ultra vacuum method which respects the personality of the base wine. Numerous trials and tastings have been undertaken to discover the perfect profile for an innovative product in a growing market.

Pale yellow colour, with a quickly rising mousse. Aishal Premium White Sparkling is an elegant product of excellent quality. On the nose, it is expressive with floral and mixed tropical fruit aromas. There are also white fruit aromas which give the product increased complexity. The palate is fruity and refreshing. It is full of flavours, reflecting the high quality of the product from which it was initially created. The sweetness and acidity are in perfect harmony. The mid sized bubbles enhance the
sensation of freshness.

LEGERO HALAL
LEGERO SPARKLING 0.0%

This is a most versatile sparkling beverage, suitable for a special occasion, or simply to enjoy as a drink with a meal. It is produced in our specially equipped facilities, where, at the very end of the process, all the alcohol is removed to produce this delightful, tasty drink with 0,0% alcohol.

A white sparkling beverage with a delightful range of flavours, particularly refreshing, and with a fine, lingering mousse. It is a particularly good match for salads, egg dishes, vegetable pâtés and chilled summer soups.

LEGERO SPARKLING 0.0%

This pale pink sparkling drink is created for special moments with who you want to share it. The high qualities of raw materials of this product have some suitable features for drying out. This process is done by ultra vacuum method to respect personality of raw material. There have been numerous tests and tasting to find the perfect profile of an innovative product for a growing market.

Pale pink very attractive. The bubbles are persistent medium size. Nose: floral notes, tropical fruits, and berries like raspberry and strawberry are perceived. On the palate is especially fruity, fresh and balanced. Carbonic is well integrated and gives the feeling of freshness.

HALAL WHITE
LEGERO 0.0%

Created from an aromatic, well balanced blend of Macabeo and Airén, along with a significant amount of Alexandrine Moscatel, which brings a lovely sweetness and some increased structure to the finished beverage, creating a delightful drink fit for the finest cuisine. It has been made with great care, and the alcohol was removed just before bottling, to preserve all its fine aromas, only taking away the alcohol and the calories, to leave a crisp, perfumed, dry white beverage.

Star bright straw yellow with some lovely hints of green. The nose is bright citrus, well perfumed and very appealing. On the palate there is lively aromatic citrus fruit, some bright white fruit flavours, and just a hint of orange zest, from the Moscatel. Ideal on its own as an aperitif, or with paella, salads or goats cheese.

HALAL RED

The original fermentation was done at controlled temperatures, using selected yeasts and the finest Tempranillo grapes. The alcohol was removed just before bottling, to preserve all the aromatic finesse created by the original winemaking process, eliminating just the calories and the alcohol, and leaving behind all the fine cherry, sloe and raspberry fruit, so typical of this classic Spanish varietal.

Star bright, morello cherry, touches of garnet, and a light, youthful purple rim. The nose is of fine autumnal fruit; raspberries and plums predo-minating with a hint of mint leaf. On the palate it is attractive, approachable, full of ripe fruit and with a touch of bitter cherry and some lovely woodland hints of truffle. A perfect partner to autumn casseroles; rabbit, pork or lamb, and with ratatouille or rich vegetable based pasta dishes.

STILL WHITE
ALCOHOL FREE BEVERAGE

Created from an aromatic, well balanced blend of Macabeo and Airén, along with a significant amount of Alexandrine Moscatel, which brings a lovely sweetness and some increased structure to the finished beverage, creating a deightful drink fit for the finest cuisine. Pale yellow in colour, with an abundant persistent mousse. On the nose there are floral notes along with ripe white fruit and some tropical fruit. The palate is fruity and refreshing. Full in the palate, from the high quality of the base wine used. The acidity and sweetness are in perfect balance, and the sparkle produces a very refreshing mouth feel.

This drink sparkling 0.0% vol. is presented as a commercial product after two years of research, market research and technical development. There have been numerous tests and tasting to find the perfect profile of an innovative product for a growing market.
We have chosen the ideal components for the profile of a young white must in a sparkling drink alcohol-free and concentrated musts. After mixing all components, perform carbonation and then filtration before bottling.

RAÏM D’OR ROSÉ
SPARKLING DRINK

This sparkling drink 0.0% vol. Rosé is the line extension of the raïm d’or due to the good acceptance of the market. We have chosen tannins, anthocyanins and aromas ideal to get the profile of a young red wine in a sparkling drink alcohol-free and concentrated musts. After mixing all components, perform carbonation and then filtration to bottling.

Pale Rosado in colour with a persistent mousse. On the nose there are floral notes, tropical fruits and woodland fruits, predomi-nantly wild raspberries and strawberries. The palate is above all fruity, refreshing and balanced. Full mouthfeel from the high quality of the base wine. The mid sized bubbles produce a refreshing sensation.
